Nawal Developers & Builders is committed to provide better living options to the people of Rudrapur. Promoted by Shri Pawan Agrawal, the company is carrying forward the efforts and legacy of his family to contribute to the growth and development of this beautiful town.

His father Shri Badri Prasad Goyal ji settled in Rudrapur, during the initial phases of its town-planning(1957) when there was no facility available. He was one of those few people who stayed on despite difficult circumstances and contribute to the progressive development of this town. The family established Shri Mahesh Rice Mills in 1977 & introduced 'Tarai Top' brand of Basmati Rice. In 1998, they established another rice mill by the name of Shubham Foods. With same vision and commitment, they entered the housing field through Sunnydales - elite township complete with all amenities and facilities in 2004.
